I Hatecha, Telus

Richard has been on the phone to Telus for the better part of an hour, trying to arrange for our new hook-up. He initially wanted to cancel Telus and switch to the cable company's package, but they talked him out of that after asking him to give a full explanation of why he wanted to switch. I think it's rather bad business practice to harass customers until their ears bleed.
Oh, and their anti-virus sucks.
