The sleep lab went well. It's surprisingly easy to sleep when you're bristling with electrodes, though the lighted monitor taped to my finger ("E.T. finger") freaked me out a few times during the night.
I did show some signs of restless leg, and I'll know more after my follow-up appointment.

I'm conflicted about Willy Wonka. I love the original so much that to me, a remake is sacrilege (not to mention totally unoriginal - can't anyone make their own movies?), but I also realize that I can't bitch about it too much unless I actually see it. Hmmph.
