6,3,2,7,7,0,0,1....
Thanks to Jeff Wells's Rigorous Intuition, I've discovered the weirdly fascinating phenomenon of shortwave numbers stations. Since at least the early '70s, people have been finding shortwave stations that broadcast only coded messages, usually strings of numbers or letters in many different languages. Some of them begin with music-box songs, like the famous Swedish Rhapsody station which is still active, while others have messages buried within German yodels or sitar music. Numbers stations could be espionage-related, drug-related, disinformation, or just about anything else. It's a bit of a mystery. Whatever they are, listening to the eerie music box melodies and strings of numbers is absolutely hypnotic (a lot of musicians have incorporated the sounds into their work).
