A Man and His Vacuum

Richard's new girlfriend. He had a short-lived, passionate love affair with our steam cleaner, but since his son David has carpeting in his new home and we have none, he generously parted with her. That was around the time he "noticed" that our trusty old vacuum didn't seem to have quite the suction she used to...and purchased this "mid-priced" little German number. Do not even ask how much it cost, 'cause I'll get hives just thinking about it...I can't complain too much, however, since Richard doesn't spend outrageous sums on anything else. Just his girlfriends.
On the up side, it is powerful and extremely quiet. Doesn't even scare the hamsters.Posted by Picasa

(droooooool) Is that A Miele?! I have some serious , late night dreams about those vacuums....I must say, a good vacuum is something I should spend my money on, instead of my career and new tattoos. But I'm afraid to commit, I must say. there is a store down the street from me and I can't go in. If I go in I feel like I have to commit. Wow. I"m covetting right now...

THANK GOD his family is coming, or I'd have to sit by the webcam, viewing all the fabulous features of his new "love interest", again. ;)

Yep, it's a Miele. Quiet, yes. Compact, yes. Powerful, yes. Overpriced, YES. Stick with the tattoos - they'll last longer! :D

Mom, I can't guarantee he won't be on the cam as soon as his folks are gone! :P
