Friday

Really close game last night - Winnipeg won 25-22 in the last 4 seconds. Actually pretty fun.

Tomorrow our friends Jerry & Marilyn are having a last hurrah: Their final country BBQ before they move into an over-45 condo. Their pets have passed on, and I think Jerry's tired of all the mowing. Also if they move into an over-45 place, there's no longer any danger of their kids moving back in. ;D

I'm wondering...does anyone else have desktop battles? Where you put up a desktop, and your significant other changes it, and it devolves into a desktop battle that goes on for weeks, months, perhaps years? Like, one of you puts up a desktop of a raccoon trying to fornicate with a beagle, and the other one puts up a desktop of Jimmy Swaggart screaming "Raccoon sex is just wrong!" Or something like that. Just curious.

We seem to be starting another *@#&@ heat wave. I try to leave everything turned off as long as possible when it's like this, so I'll post again when it cools down. Enjoy your weekend, everybody!

OMG, I haven't been paying attention to your Mystery Link!!
With your new food thing, it took Z and I a few minutes to figure it out..WTF...cute. How do you find this stuff?

Can't remember where I found the DNA-free food site, it's been there a while. Hilarious, isn't it? It would be funny on a T-shirt!

Sounds like the Jays might be in the World Series this year!! Who says it's the all-American sport? Heehee.

I thought they were serious until I saw that all the posts were dated April 1st. Then Z pointed out Dr. Frank N. Stine.
I don't think I'd want a T-shirt..stupid people would believe it and smart people would think I was a nutcase. ;0

I can't say I've ever had desktop wars at home. We did do things to people at work though.

I always had control of the desktop. He would never have known how to change it.
