Tagged by Tweetey

Tweetey over at NBR's Spot tagged me with this, so here goes...

If you had to choose one vice in exclusion of all others what would it be?

If it counts as a vice: Coca-Cola. If not, then sacrificing kittens to the Dark Lord. (Kidding!)

If you could change one specific thing about the world what would it be?

I would make the world slightly larger so there could be room for us all for thousands of years to come, plenty of fresh air and water to go around, and more beautiful mountains and trees. Oh, and more oil so we can quit bickering over it. And I would make Palestine freakin' huuuge.

Name the cartoon character you identify with the most.

In theory, Spongebob. In reality, Squidward.

If you could live one day in your life over again which one would it be?

Weirdly, my answer is the same as my Mom's: The day of my birth. That would be very interesting. Kinda icky, but interesting.

If you could go back in history and spend a day with one person who would it be?

I know a lot of people would answer Jesus, or Ghandi, or the Buddha. But that's too much pressure for me. I think I'd rather meet some ordinary dude with the inside scoop, like Benjamin Franklin's butler.

What is the one thing you lost sold or threw away that you wish you could have back?

The gothic novella I wrote in the fifth or sixth grade, "The Corely Place of McPheston". I think I could give it a better ending.

What is your one most important contribution to this world?

Hopefully, being a loyal and supportive friend, daughter, and mate. Everybody deserves one of those.

What is your one hidden talent that nearly no one knows about?

Heh heh. I'm not writing that one down. ;P

What is your most cherished possession?

That's a tough one, but I would have to say my little library. I still have nearly every book I owned as a kid, including the first one I ever read on my own (The Care Bears: The Trouble with Timothy), books that have been passed down in my family, my mom's out-of-print Revised Standard Bible, and cool stuff I've found secondhand like Piet Hein's Grooks.

What one person influenced your life the most when growing up?

Definitely more than one person: My parents and grandparents. It's their values that stuck with me and their example that I want to follow.

What one word describes you better than any other?

"Different". ;D

I won't tag anyone else 'cause I think a lot of people have done this one already, but if you haven't and want to, go right ahead!

I'm addicted to the Cola too, and know its not good for me. However I am a protector of kittens. :)

Love these as we get to know people better - I can tell by your answers your are quite unique.......

Sounds like you are close to your parents too - that's nice.

LOL, Dad says he's "semi-different".
You ARE the perfect daughter; so you're succeeding there!
Ben Franklin's butler?! Yup, that's how you get the "different" label kid. Meeting that guy would definitely give you that "different" perspective. ;)

BTW, you didn't have nearly as much fun, at your birth, as Dad and I did.
