I don't mind Princess Diana retrospectives. Really, I don't. She was a wonderful lady, she left far too soon, and the world misses her.
I don't even mind the shows that examine the conpiracy theories about her death. Really, I don't. There are some very strange and pressing unanswered questions about the night she died.
But what I do mind are ghoulish, exploitative, 100% absurd "documentaries" about things completely tangential to Princess Diana's life and death. Specifically, Diana's Cursed Dresses, wherein the eccentric gazillionaires who like to purchase dead people's garments blathered about how they got a hangnail and a parking ticket the same week they purchased one of Diana's dresses.
As if this isn't bad enough on its own, this was aired on the HISTORY CHANNEL.
What is wrong with people?!

I just don't get it. Diana was screwed over, well, royally...yet people honestly believe she would come back and haunt her CLOTHES? Whatever.
