R.I.P. David Carradine

I'm sorry, dude. I know you're dead, and we'll miss you, and it's not so much your fault as the media's, but...

TMI.

I have to agree. I was shocked (and sad) when I saw the headline that he was dead but when I started reading and got some details...um, why did they feel the need to share all of that?

If any celebrity event screams for a hasty cover-up, it was this. The police and the media totally didn't need to share any of that. *shudder*

I know it's a little wrong, but there's a little part of me that hopes there was foul play involved so that his legacy isn't, "He was a great actor, but he died doing..." Although, when it comes to Michael Hutchence I don't think about the way he died, I think about his music. Hopefully everyone will eventually remember David Carradine for his body of work as well.

Now of course you have me all curious as to the grizzly details.

Have to admit I am not sure who you are talking about here.. LOL..I know movies and such but not to many actors by name.

I wish voluntary lobotomies were available, 'cause I'd like one about now. You just can't un-know certain things. And that's a shame.

I think it was very disrespectful of the investigators and the media to spread this stuff. Not that I expect any better of them.

The thing that really sucks is for us fans. Now I don't think I'll be able to watch old episodes of Kung Fu without that image in my head.

BTW, you seen Death Race 2000? It was so bad it was good. They did a remake a year or two ago and it sucked. Don't bother.

Can't say I have. Might be a good Friday-night flick...the original, I mean.
