I've changed this post a few times. This will be the last, I think. Then I'm not going to waste any more time on it.
Richard is being threatened with a libel lawsuit by an activist who was convicted of murder
The reason? He objected to this person being included on a list of notable activists, partly because the person's presence on the list might scare away activists in law enforcement. The person considers this libelous, even though the murder conviction has never technically been overturned.
(This person also insists Richard is an "agent provaceteur effecting co in tel tacics of the Hoover FBI administration that used disruption, dicrediting to neutralize legitamate activists". Original spelling intact.)
I was going to take this blog down to keep certain people from continuously mining it for info about Richard, but I've decided I don't really care about that. There's nothing bad on this blog and I don't care who reads it. If I ever do get to the point where I care, I'll make it available to friends only.

Welcome to the Truth movement. On a smaller scale, this has been my life for the past two years. Drama, idiocy, and the most effed-up people you will ever meet.
But like I said, he has lots of lawyers. Top-notch lawyers. And he can get any amount of money he wants at the snap of his fingers, because his "persecution" has made him a countercultural hero.
Unreal. It seems a person in the USA can make any accusation against another and get their day(s) in court. If only our court system was based on truth instead of sophism.
I am really sorry to hear about this and wish the both of you every advantage against your adversary.

I'm sorry to see you go! This is bad for everyone, really. Some activist for "truth" is now squelching your freedom of speech!
I don't know, I might keep it up. It's hard to decide. On the one hand, it's not like there's anything bad on this blog. On the other hand, people are using it to mine information they consider "damaging" that can be lobbed at Richard (calling him a child molester even though I'm in my effing thirties, for example). But who really cares? Sticks stones yadda yadda yadda.
Yikes where have I been lately. I seem to be missing out on a lot lately. Not visiting as often as I should..
