Hamster Psychoanalysis

The hamsters are getting along so beautifully that I'm reluctant to separate them. Then I remembered that David Cronenberg movie where Jeremy Irons plays deranged twins, and I remembered that there's this theory that identical twins who are never separated for any significant length of time may become pathologically dependent on each other. Then I noticed that when Butters sleeps, Tweak sleeps. When Butters runs, Tweak runs. When Butters eats...you know what I'm talking about. The last thing I want on my hands are two snotty, barbituate-addicted hamsters who are so involved with each other's lives that they can't even deliver a baby properly. Oh, wait. That's the movie again. Maybe I need some sleep.
