Penguins
Richard and Demi are going to see March of the Penguins tonight, so I have the place to myself. I'm gonna read Black Dahlia Avenger. Penguins are cute and all, but two hours of penguin footage doesn't exactly grab me. I saw a couple of them on Leno the other night, and they were called "Jackass penguins" (seriously!) because rather than honking or chirping, they make a weird braying noise. Can you imagine being stranded on a chunk of ice with thousands of braying penguins? *Shudder*.

I've heard it was pretty good, but slow. I guess it's the type of movie you watch when coming down from a good buzz.
Unfortunately, Demi never comes down from her pre-teen buzz!
stranded on pack ice with a pack of braying penguins. Sounds like the makings of a horror film.
Incidentally, my daughter has been afraid of them ever since the Bud Ice "Beware the Penguins" commercials.
