- Aaron quit his job at the pizza place and is looking for employment that's somewhat less Martin Scorsese-ish. Whew.
- The Elantra's window is still duct-taped plexiglass while we await a new window from Calgary. I could've walked there and picked it up and come back and learned to install it myself in the time it's taken.
- Richard's a little nervous living downtown, not that it's any better or worse than our old neighborhood. He's just a nervous person sometimes. It doesn't help that some of the people in this building are a bit, shall we say, scuzzy? They don't necessarily live here, but they have girlfriends or buyers or somebody living here.
- I went to the dentist today to have an itsy-bitsy cavity done, and it turns out it was muuuch larger than it appears on the x-ray. I might have to get my first root canal.

DON'T do a root canal; ask Dad!
I don't think I'll have to right now, anyway. It seems to be OK.
Any dental work is a nightmare for me. I need to be hit over the head with a cast iron skillet just to get me anywhere near a dentist's office. Good luck with your work!
Looks like a lot has happened since I last visited...
I used to be perfectly okay with going to the dentist...now I'm not so sure! Here I was expecting a teeny-tiny cavity, and instead I could feel the drill for the first time ever. No soreness or aching now, though. Hopefully that stupid tooth'll behave so I don't have to get any more work done on it right away. 6 months is soon enough!
