Haven't seen any soy butter around, but it wouldn't surprise me a bit. I just use an imitation-butter spray made from chemicals: I Can't Believe It Hasn't Killed Me Yet, or something like that.
That looks yummy. I am hungry and just looking at food is making my tummy go GRRRRR.. LOL>

Yay for toast! Have you tried Earth Balance? It's the best vegan butter going- non-gmo'd and non hydrogenated; they even have a whipped organic version, too.I"m sick as sick can be right now and toast is one of those wonderful comfort foods....
