The Dwarf That Everybody Hates
I have a cold again, and I'm going to take a short blog break so that I can drown it in fruit juices, Jon Krakauer books, and bad TV documentaries about industrial disasters. Cheers!
You just really can't watch enough documentaries about industrial disasters...and a cold is such a good excuse to catch up on them. Sorry you're not feeling welll...get better soon!
(in Dec I had a cold for about a month. p.s. I saw "The Reader"...very difficult movie and story. and I kept thinking of your review. Can you imagine the response if the genders and ages had been switched?)
That sounds like a great weekend, cold or not. Need a play date? Mom says as long as you don't sneeze on me, I'll be fine :)
Hope you feel better soon.
Which Krakauer's are you reading? I highly recommend Into Thin Air, and Under the Banner of Heaven. Into the Wild was good but the movie ruined it a bit for me. Looking forward to reading Eiger Dreams one of these days.
I've read all of Krakauer's books and keep them handy for re-reading...great stuff. I finally saw Into the Wild the other day and will put up a review when I'm less germy.
Hey my good friend take care and hugs from us girls.. Take care of that cold and get better. Everyone here has been sicker than a dog. LOL.. The flu and every mentionable kind too..
